The Senior Manager leads a defined segment of the business with strategic accountability for financial performance, product lifecycle, and market responsiveness. This role is designed to build depth in strategic execution and operational leadership within a focused scope, driving results through cross-functional collaboration and hands-on delivery.
POSITION PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
P&L Management
- Own and manage the full P&L for assigned product lines or business units.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth strategies.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
Product Management
- Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Partner with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to bring products to market.
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success and customer satisfaction.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead go-to-market initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across departments.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of innovation and accountability.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
POSITION MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in marketing, business management, finance, sales or product management roles
- Proven customer facing experience (marketing, sales or product management)
- Experience in durable goods industry
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and business analytics tools.

- Skillfully manage multiple work streams
- Strong leader with the ability to get the work done through others and hold them accountable
- Strong working knowledge and experience in operations and finance
COMPENSATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn between $131,540 - $210,460/year
