The Process Coordinator supports, monitors, and owns specific functions/processes of the Warehouse and Fleet operations to ensure the operation runs at its optimal level while delighting our dealers and customers.  They play an essential role in our day-to-day operations. They will also be a key contributor to improving the processes and safety within the operation. 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (7 bullet maximum):

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY (to be included with production postings):

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
