PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Articulates the long-term vision of the company and translates into Supply Chain strategy. Responsible for oversight of supply chain operations and resource prioritization to achieve 3–5-year goals. Ensures work efforts are aligned to deliver expected outcomes on time and on budget. Creates energy though aggressive goals to achieve break though results.
-Develop cross-unit linkages/relationships with resources in Create Order, Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver, that encourage collaboration and creativity.
-Engages appropriate business partner to resolves issues that cannot be immediately resolved
-Strategically develops team to meet both current and future talent needs of supply chain.
-Advocates a disciplined commitment to AMS systems and creates a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement
-Articulate and coach others on living the Andersen values and key characteristics of the leader's success profile
DIRECTION OF OTHERS:
-Manages multiple teams and other managers
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, or Engineering. Advanced degree is preferred
-Can assemble a compelling business case on a key program or project that clearly satisfies customer requirements.
-Skilled in facilitation and conflict management
-Experience with leading and coaching other leaders in methodologies, including supply chain, lean, six sigma
-Proven leadership with strong influencing skills
-Strong ability to inspire others to create energy
-Experience with performance management systems and employee performance management
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $121,804-$188,796.00
