Summary:

Requires subject matter expert knowledge obtained through training and experience. Leads project teams to solve complex problems that cross multiple value streams, functions and businesses. Take a new perspective on existing solutions. This position is not open to sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of new supply chain across value streams (plan, source, make, deliver) for new product development,
  • Understands impact and interconnectivity  of departments to represent the plant and Andersen Corporation as a whole. Keying in on networking across the organization. 
  • Perform analytics to determine how to best resolve constraints to balance service, inventory, cost, review data to ensure successful implementation,  and interface with other functions and systems throughout Andersen Corporation.
  • Analyze, develop recommendations, lead implementation of continuous improvement to business tools, and processes utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools ( such as Kanban, 5Y, Plan do check act, value stream mapping and A3 thinking.)
  • Provide supply chain strategy insights and influence at the value stream level.
  • Coaches and trains others with less experience
  • Leader of cross-functional projects for the value stream
  • Provides excellent presentation skills in large and small groups
  • Able to excel in a team environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher equivalent experience . Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information systems is preferred.
  • 6-8 years  combined experience in sourcing, operations, logistics or Pro
  • Master knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies such as ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems or Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Demonstrates competency to coach others in ERP, data mining or data reporting
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and coaches others on lean tools including Pull, 5Y, PDCA, Kaizen facilitation , A3 thinking, and waste elimination
  • Builds strong working relationships with internal and /or external customers
  • Identifies unexpressed customer needs and potential products and services to meet those needs.
  • Is self sufficient and motivated to take action, grow , and develop
  • Provides peer to peer coaching and developmental feedback to others

Compensation; Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn 88,235 -$136,765K annually.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
