Role is responsible for execution, continuous improvement, and problem solving of supply chain processes to achieve business results. Required to understand upstream and downstream business functions as well as customer requirements. Role drives change through applying fundamental theories, principles, and concepts of supply chain and distribution. Candidate must be local to the MN area as no relocation assistance is available.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Optimize plans and schedules in a lean environment, including coordination of services and materials to match production demands
- Analyze and communicate value stream and/or supply chain capacity and constraints
- Takes ownership in performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, including supervisors and team leads, warehouse associates, and enterprise planning
- Represents the supply chain/logistics function with improvement projects
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, equivalent experience. Degree in Supply Chain or Engineering discipline preferred
- Working knowledge of supply chain technologies (ERP, Warehouse Management System)
- Skills and experience with Microsoft Suite, ERP, and Reporting systems
- Ability to effectively collaborate and work with cross functional teams
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Working knowledge of lean tools such as pull, PDCA thinking, value stream mapping, 5Y, etc.
- Views every project and problem as an opportunity to learn
COMPENSATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $68,480-$102,720.
