SUMMARY: This position will directly oversee our full time field technician team, whose primary role is warranty and non warranty services for our homeowners. This individual will also be working in line with other peer supervisors with the focus goal of providing a world class homeowner experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Development of our field technicians in operational areas (Mobile programs, Key performance indicators, responsibilities, system data, warranty, and customer service). Set and track performance data with key metrics. Provide partner to partner team support and development. Build supporting reports and maintain dashboards. Maintain tool supply and PPE gear requirements. Drive consistent safety measures in line with OSHA compliance and RbA compliance. Work high priority situations and communicate next step solutions.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Supervisor experience of teams greater than 5 people
- Experience in setting goals and metrics
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in proper training techniques
- Experience in Salesforce general programs
- Building and utlizing reporting data (P&L, Saleforce or system metric reports, Spec and Tech data types).

Compensation is a range $36-46hr.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays to use at your discretion, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
