Focus is broader and more complex than the Administrator I: primarily responsible for master data management, application configuration, new application process design, application enhancements, application integrations, etc. Includes all responsibilities of the Administrator I. This role performs at a higher level than the Administrator I, dealing with more advanced to complex issues. May, on occasion, interact with members of senior management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads the assurance that the application of internal controls is effectively in place and performing as
- planned by analyzing key performance indicators, policy updates, and exception processes.
- Leads daily monitoring of application financial transactions, controls and exceptions processes. Including but not limited to: PO and invoice discrepancy approval chain monitoring, application failures for outbound PO and inbound invoice failures, data integration failures, etc.
- Leads the data preparation and mass upload for new implementations as well as ongoing change management
- Leads planning process for all application releases, including project plan and resource plan.
- Manages application release process by interpreting application release notes, reviewing with cross-functional team and documenting approach and use case testing; providing updates to Governance
- Committee and approval for implementation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Required BA or BS in Accounting or Finance or Business Management; SaaS / IT Data Management Certification preferred or related field of study
- 7-10 years of experience in a relevant functional area or commensurate role
- Advanced source to pay for analytical and business process knowledge
COMPENSATION
Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $77,255 to $119,745.
