PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Outbound calling on demo no sales and no demos that naturally enter calling queue.
Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calling and lead follow up.
Identifies revenue opportunities within customer communication.
Understanding customers’ needs and requirements.
Set qualified appointments to achieve set metrics.
Maintain clear and concise records of interactions with leads.
Using the revisit methodology script to work through validating leads that require a more senior design consultant visit.
Attain valuable information in call process to provide design consultants with insight for next visit.
Signature service- providing homeowners with a world class experience.
Team- provide input and support to team members to ensure success of the team.
Process improvement – actively provide feedback to continue growth and development of program.
Maintain an organized workspace.
Participate in weekly meetings to discuss benchmarks and team goals.
Provide support as required to the Inside Sales Center Supervisors.
Remains knowledgeable and up to date on all markets and promotions.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
A year of inside sales/call center experience is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to overcome objections, negotiate positive outcomes and present positive image of the company.
Ability to develop and coach others.
Ability to work with all levels and types of people and to appreciate diversity.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of emotional intelligence and listening skills.
Excellent verbal, written and telephone skills.
Must be able to work non-traditional hours (evenings and weekends).

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $19.20-$28.80 plus incentives.
