POSITION SUMMARY:
Renewal by Andersen is hiring an Installation Ops Administrator to support our two Florida locations! The position will be based in our Doral, FL office. The Administrator will provide operational support to the installation department, working cross-functionally. They will develop processes, coordinate team initiatives, and provide overall general support in order to increase efficiency and productivity. In addition, they will perform compliance-related work.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily business system maintenance, reporting, data clean-up, and data auditing with a focus on data integrity and quality in areas that include but are not limited to payroll, safety, and compliance, within the Install and Operations teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct compliance training.
- Assist with install operations support, project coordination, creating & maintaining documentation, and accommodating ad-hoc user requests.
- Manage a detailed calendar of initiatives; coordinating communication between install operations and internal partners.
- Manage Rforce issue log queue, responding to field inquiries in a timely manner. Identify trends for areas of improvement or training needs; escalating issues as necessary.
- Support the development, documentation, implementation, and performance tracking with regard to compliance-related activities including local permitting, EPA Lead Safe Work Practices, installation practices related to air & water management, PCI, building permits, safety, etc.
- Assists with subcontractor background checks and maintains/manages records that verify these background checks have been completed.
- Coordinates with locations to ensure a complete record of all local business license, subcontractor agreements and insurance are maintained, as well as that continuing education is being completed.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree in sales, business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education & experience.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office suite of tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
SALARY INFORMATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can shar more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn between $21.80-31.60 per hour, plus target bonus.
