POSITION SUMMARY:
The Customer Experience Director is responsible for a team within the Customer Experience Organization. Responsible for understanding customer needs, developing, and executing key business strategies. Ensures major work efforts are aligned with short- and long-term business plans and goals. This position is also responsible for building customer facing programs that support customer needs.
This position is focused on creating and improving strategies, business processes and organization alignment while driving world class customer experience. This role is a leader of managers, requiring strong leadership through others, and development of talent. This role requires collaboration across other functions to align and achieve goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and implement the strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives. Articulate the long-term vision of the company and the translation to the customer experience team.
· Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team. Mentors developing managers and customer experience leaders.
· Drive desired business outcomes through measurement and analysis of metrics, translating data into actionable insights and customer experience.
· Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
· Champions for a customer centric organization. Creates a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
· Drive innovation in customer expereince initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
· Utilize customer feedback, market trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
· Manages multiple teams and other managers. Develop team to enhance talent development, broader skillsets and build a team to support future direction.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline. Preferred 15+ years of business experience, with 5 or more years in a management capacity.
· Proven track record of leading customer centric initiatives and teams
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
· Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
· Ability to work collaboratively and influence senior leaders across the Enterprise.
· Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in customer expereince preferred.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
