POSITION SUMMARY:
The Homeowners Service Team at Andersen Windows is looking for dynamic, motivated, individuals with diverse opinions, beliefs and cultures who are interested in pursuing an opportunity in customer service.
This opportunity will involve a mix of onsite and digital training.
On-site training will be required for the first 4-6 months. This opportunity can evolve into a remote position where the Customer Experience Representative can work from home if performance standards are met. This position will have occasional office days for meetings and training opportunities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Communicate with customers primarily via inbound/outbound calls. Email and chat functions will also be used in a lesser capacity.
· Clarify orders/request with customers/delivery partners. Process non-standard customer orders/requests for fulfillment activities.
· Work under regular supervisor, following instructions and procedures that are well defined, but may require the exercise of some judgement in application.
· Developing and learning to drive continuous improvement opportunities. Identifies opportunities and challenges to provide input to resolutions.
· Developing and learning to identify and present alternative options. Effectively communicate or offer pre-determined options or promotions.

· Demonstrates the ability to work and contribute to a team enviroment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Prior call center experience required.
· Expereince handling complex issues with problem solving mindset preferred.
· Basic written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
· Strong computer skills; including Microsoft Suite.
COMPENSATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn between $21.80 - $31.60/hour.
