SUMMARY:
Renewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Sales Manager to join our Los Angeles team! The Associate Sales Manager will support the sales leadership team in increasing branch bookings and individual sales representative performance by leading sales class training and providing coaching focused on sales process skills as well as product & industry knowledge.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead new hire training for sales representatives to ensure team is effective, as timely and efficiently as possible.
- Conduct ride-a-long training, through observation and demonstration, focused on new sales reps.
- Debrief with sales reps, provide performance feedback, and document results.
- Analyze individual and team sales metrics to determine focus areas of training for individuals and the entire sales team.
- Develop and deliver specific training to increase effectiveness within close rate, revenue per appointment, first time close, quoting accuracy, installation knowledge and financing.
- Participate and support ongoing sourcing, recruiting, and selection of sales representatives.
- Partners with sales reps in resolving open questions and issues post tech measure process.
- Partner with Retail Development Sales Manager in the implementation and delivery of sales initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILLS:
- High school diploma; college degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five years of sales experience; in-home sales and sales management experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable accidents and moving violation motor vehicle record
- Computer skills and ability to manage computer-based information
- Good communication, planning, and goal-setting skills
- Financial knowledge
- Results-oriented and focused on customer experience
SALARY INFORMATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays, a robust employee wellbeing program, as well as profit-sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary range for this position is $108,000-138,000, plus quarterly and annual bonuses.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
