The Associate Installation Manager will support our Installation Manager in leading the installation, project management, and service teams. They will help drive the branch operating profit by increasing the effectiveness of individual sub-contractors and internal employees. This will be done by providing coaching and training focused on improving installation process skills, product knowledge, service knowledge, and installation and industry knowledge.

   PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
     • Develop and implement new hire training for sub-contractors and employees to assure onboarding is as timely and effectively as possible
     • Complete ride-along field training per week and provide performance feedback to improve overall installation, project management and service performance.
     • Analyze individual and team installation metrics to determine focus areas of training for individuals, sub-contractors and the entire installation team. Develop and deliver specific training to increase effectiveness within identified areas of improvement.
     • Partner with installation manager(s), internal operations manager, sales manager(s) and GM on resolving open issues, and identifying areas of improvement within the installation, project management and service support process.
     • Provide necessary training and support to sub-contractors, project managers and service technicians to continuously improve back office installation, project management and service processes and paperwork.
     • Coaching and training sub-contractors, project managers and service technicians.

     MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
     • Four-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
     • Valid driver’s license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record
     • Five or more years of installation, project management and service experience
     • Training and coaching experience
     • Computer skills and management of computer-based information
     • Strong communication, customer service, and decision-making skills

Salary Information:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $77,255- $119,745 plus incentives.

In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
