An enterprise, intermediate-level position is responsible for identifying, analyzing, developing, and implementing strategies to resolve negative payment patterns, trends or specific/unique customer financial transactions in support of accounts receivable collections processes, while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, procedures, practices, and processes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the safeguarding of Enterprise assets through timely analysis of customer accounts receivable transactions combined with the development and execution of a collection strategy to resolve unpaid, past due A/R.
- Development and execution of basic collections strategies, within company policy, to resolve slow payments, unauthorized deductions, etc.
- Develop a professional, effective, independent relationship with customers as part of the assigned collections portfolio, with a unified goal of paying Andersen, or its subsidiaries, in a timely and complete manner
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business from a four-year College or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of combined 4 years’ experience in Accounting, Customer Service, Credit & Collections, with experience in best practices for an organization
- Intermediate user of the Microsoft Suite of office software
- Must drive to the highest level of ethics in accounting and business management
- Strong customer service skills
COMPENSATION
Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $61,760 to $92,640.
