SUMMARY

The Supply Chain Analyst partners across categories to provide transactional support and lead various sourcing initiatives. This role requires an ability to build relationships within cross-functional teams, across the supply base, and communicate effectively. Candidate must be local to the MN area as there is no relocation assistance or sponsorship is available for this role.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Upload and maintain data within our source-to-pay system, ensuring timely resolution to discrepancies

Manage the contracts, pricing, and parts and where applicable purchasing within the source-to-pay system

Collaborate with suppliers and internal customers to resolve issues and address any questions

Perform analytics as necessary and support across categories for ad hoc reporting

Support our Indirect team through participation and leadership of process improvement projects

Lead select RFx’s in support of the Indirect sourcing teams

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or equivalent experience required. Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems is preferred.

2-3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field

Advanced skills and experience with Microsoft Suite, ERP; source-to-pay solutions experience is a plus

Understanding of procurement, quoting, and contract management

Ability to collaborate with others, resolve conflict, and influence others

Strong aptitude in process improvement and problem solving
Candidate must be local to the MN area as there is no relocation assistance available

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $68480-$102,720.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
