SUMMARY
Assist in developing, interpreting, and implementing moderately difficult financial and accounting concepts, or techniques across the enterprise related to accounts payable or receivables processes, while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures by performing the following duties: Conduct timely, accurate detailed analysis of daily, operational enterprise transactions as assigned. Interprets and applies corporate financial policies, government legislation, and accounting theory as applicable.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors the system of internal accounting controls to ensure the safeguarding of company assets and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supports critical financial cycles: period end, yearend, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, physical inventories, internal/external audits, etc.
- Assists in managing Supplier Master Data including New BP setup, ACH, BP maintenance, payment term discussions, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must drive to the highest level of ethics in accounting and business management
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Suite of Office software products (excel, windows, etc.)
COMPENSATION
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $99,216 to $153,784 per year.
