SUMMARY:
Renewal by Andersen (RbA) has an exciting opportunity to join a winning, competitive, sales leadership team in our Greater Miami Market! As a Sales Manager with RbA, you will be surrounded by a highly energized team who is passionate about enriching the lives of our homeowners! You will serve as part of the market leadership team, ensuring alignment to organizational goals & direction as well as providing best operational results.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the in-home sales representatives and sales support staff.
- Achieve annual sales and customer satisfaction goals for location.
- Coach and develop a sales team that meets objectives, cooperates on a team basis, and learns from individual successes, including sales ride-along visits with sales reps.
- Track sales metrics, monitor daily results, and analyze for corrective action.
- Develop annual sales goals for sales team, by territory and sales representatives.
- Conduct sales meetings that include plan reviews and role-playing; hold sales contests.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with sales representatives to review sales activity results and establish corrective plans as needed.
- Teach our sales process by modeling core behaviors.
- Provide communication and clarity around our sales process system.
- Establish an environment where all customers and employees are treated with dignity and respect.
- Deliver ongoing training.
- Conduct a formal performance review annually with each sales representative.
- Participate, as a team member, with other managers in providing best operational results.
- Work with marketing team to maximize marketing expense to generate sufficient inquiry/lead/appointment rate.
- Establish and maintain sales budget.
- Manage showroom activities such as coverage of showroom business hours, cleanliness of premises and displays, proper lead management practices.
- Participate as a team member with the CORO leadership team to insure alignment to organizational goals and direction.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Four-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record
- Minimum of two years of proven sales management experience; in-home sales experience a plus
- Computer skills and management of computer-based information

DIRECTION OF OTHERS:
Directly manage associates involved in the sales process.
SALARY INFORMATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $108,941-168,859 plus incentive, annually.
