The Retail Transformation Sales Team Intern will work with our Renewal by Andersen, Retail Transformation Sales Team, leading the way in pushing innovation in the home improvement experience. This internship will provide insight into product management in the digital space.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Participate on cross functional teams delivering product enhancements through the stage gate approval process, specifically responsible for delivering the customer requirements, volume, pricing, and launch plans.
* Support the development and maintenance of retail system/tools to business partners, including retail businesses.
* Provides/Delivers education and training on retail systems/tools to business partners, including retail businesses (Renewal Affiliates and Company Owned locations throughout North America).
* Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

*Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or Marketing.
* Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office suite of products).
* Communication skills verbally and written.
* Detail Orientated.
* Multi Tasking and Flexibility.

* An eye towards new and upcoming technologies and concepts.

COMPENSATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $22-$24.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
