Position Summary:

Responsible for the development of strategy, revenue growth, and customer experience for all end customer audiences and / channel audiences within their geography. This leader will leverage insights from the geography and macro-economic and industry factors (competitors, channel dynamics, customer relationships, building codes, product needs) to influence product deployment, marketing mix and determine the necessary deployment of sales resources required to support customer and channel audiences to deliver world class customer experience and to win in their market.

This leader must navigate and create clear vision for diverse team of roles/skills while maintaining multiple specific strategies in a geography and work to apply national strategies at a targeted geographic level

Territory: This candidate needs to be located in the states of OR, WA or CA

POSITION PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Strategy Development – leverage market insights to determine the necessary deployment of product, marketing, sales, and support resources needed to achieve a targeted growth outcome in their region.
  • Define and align on strategy with the Channel, Key Accounts, Marketing, and Customer Experience leadership structures.
  • Balance and mitigate with customer/channel/enterprise/audience conflict, maintaining a clear vision for the greater good of the company and preserve the customer experience.
  • Synthesizes and leverages data from all areas to make decisions for the geography – champions CRM and technology
  • Key people leader, recruit, onboard, coach leaders and rally entire cross functional teams. Create accountability and develop leaders for a high performing team.
  • Foster collaboration between other functional leaders and stakeholders working to support the geography and drive effective business decisions to grow the business.
  • Responsible for ensuring alignment and focus within their teams when there is potential for conflicting priorities. Ensuring plans and their execution is not accomplished in isolation from the broader business.
  • Balancing and managing a budget and P&L for the Region

POSITION MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree. (Master’s degree preferred), OR equivalent experience, and 4-5 years’ experience managing geographically dispersed, professional sales staff required.
  • .
  • 7 years demonstrated success in a leadership role achieving both sales and people-leadership goals and objectives, preferably within a matrixed, team-based organization.
  • 5 years of experience in leading and coaching individual contributors.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships as including relationships with owners and managers of large National business.
  • Ability to create vision and gain alignment and present strategic plans to segment/key account and channel leaders.
  • Understanding of the entire strategy through geo, segment, enterprise, key accounts and channel.
  • Proven customer facing experience (sales, customer experience and marketing)
  • Excellent CRM, data analysis, pipeline management & forecast planning.
  • Demonstrated change management leadership and DEI focus by spending the appropriate energy and resources working with the sales teams to drive and create change at all levels.
  • Excellent communication & collaborative skills.

  • Leading Change – this role will drive change and support adoption of organizational initiatives and champion the go to market strategy and execution.
  • Leader & coach of leaders and teams operating within a matrix organization.
  • Provide leadership to foster and create accountability within teams.
  • Build highly collaborative, result driven, customer focused and innovative teams
 

COMPENSATION: 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $131,540-$210,460.00 + incentive.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
