POSITION SUMMARY 

As a product manager within Andersen Division, you are responsible for developing, enhancing, and delivering products and solutions that meet customer needs and help drive accretive business growth. You work cross-functionally to develop, define, and execute the product line strategy and key initiatives across the organization and into the market. You will collaborate with the customer-facing functions of the business, including sales, training, marketing, and customer service/experience and the operations, RD&I, and IT functions. In this role you have an opportunity to lead change, transform, drive growth, and create and capture market share across the product line and business. This is your chance to make a significant impact in a transformational product management position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic and annual business and product plans.
  • Develop and own the product line hopper, roadmap, and total lifecycle management plan.
  • Lead the development of the product line strategy across positioning, benefits, pricing/value, warranty, and services.
  • Ensure proactive VOC/VOM by regularly participating in customer visits, field forums, trade shows, and other to capture and champion relevant market back insights that help fuel the product hopper, pipeline, and future initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the competitive landscape and provide insights on key competitive activities and differentiators.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive business cases for new products and on-going product development initiatives.
  • Working with cross-functional partners, including across sales and marketing, develop, define, and execute market commercialization plans to support product enhancements, launches, and promotions.
  • Accountable for product performance against targeted sales, volume, and profit goals.
  • Develop tools and processes to support the product information needs of internal delivery partners, field sales, channel, and trade customers.
  • Provide leadership as the business/product representative on cross functional teams charged with delivering new products or product enhancements; specifically responsible for project scope, customer requirements, volume, pricing, and launch plans.
  • Effectively communicate with executives, industry forums, customers, and delivery partners.
  • Support demand planning within sales and operations planning process, ensuring inclusion of all relevant demand drivers; market conditions, trends, channel and trade factors, and promotions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 

  • Five plus years of product / marketing / sales experience
  • 4-year degree (business, marketing, engineering operations)
  • Demonstrated history of delivering results on time and on plan
  • Strong technical & analytical skills
  • Strong strategic thinking skills
  • Demonstrated leadership in a cross-functional environment
  • Skilled at leading teams and development initiatives
  • Capable of effectively communicating with senior executives, industry audiences, customers, and delivery partners
  • Excellent written, presentation and influencing skills

COMPENSATION

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $121,804 - $188,796/year.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
