RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN SUMMARY:
POSITION PURPOSE:
To manage the strategic and tactical initiatives for Company Owned Retail Operation’s (CORO) Non-Traditional programs. Manage Local Non-traditional marketing leaders to ensure that all lead goals are achieved. In addition, develop Local field Marketing Managers in CORO by implementing a robust training regimen consistently across all CORO locations. Works with Marketing Managers to communicate expenses and lead attainment to goal. Partners with CORO sales leaders drive strong Non-traditional sales performance.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use key performance indicators to include CPLI (cost per lead issued) and COM% (cost of marketing %) to evaluate and achieve stated business goals and to achieve greater than 30% of total marketing mix.
- Regularly review results to identify strengths and weaknesses and make adjustments with local marketing leaders.
- Create strategies for field marketing teams to maximize location output. To include right sizing teams, leadership development, and identifying opportunities to grow all programs.
- Travels to CORO locations to supervise teams to ensure standardized implementation of Nontraditional methodology.
- Create a communication loop to gather best practices from each of the field locations to build a best practices approach to grow Non-traditional business and improve sales performance.
- Work closely with National Sales leaders to drive overall Non-Traditional sales performance to best in class for all Renewal by Andersen locations.
DIRECTION OF OTHERS
This position will oversee all Field Marketing Managers (I and II) for CORO.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
- Four-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7 cumulative years of progressive experience in one or more of these fields: Field Marketing, Marketing/Sales Training, Sales Training Development or Marketing/Sales Management
- Travel requirement 35%-50%
- 3 or more years of managing large teams of 200+ people
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record
- Two or more years of field marketing preferred
- Training development and facilitation experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $108,941-$168,859 plus incentives.
