POSITION SUMMARY:

This role manages parts requisition, purchasing, and inventory across the maintenance and facility departments and sites using EAM and Coupa systems. Responsibilities include verifying documentation, placing and receiving orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and serving as a system administrator. The position acts as the main contact for vendors and suppliers, oversees PPE vending operations, supports maintenance teams with administrative tasks, and assists with spare parts setup for new equipment. It also leads small inventory projects, resolves PO and invoice discrepancies, and may supervise storeroom clerks. Off-hours support may be required for urgent material needs



POSITION PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Verify accuracy of all parts requisition documentation and then place EAM & Coupa purchase orders for various departments. Then receive in these orders when they come into the facility.
  • Possess a maintenance credit card and process transactions from the maintenance department.
  • Provide System Administrator functions for EAM and Coupa.  These systems are Enterprise Wide and this position will serve as a back up to the maintenance planner to provide system assistance or answer functionality questions.
  • Administration and Management of inventory information within EAM. This includes auditing proper inventory levels with cycle counting, researching any discrepancies, and making inventory adjustment recommendations to department leaders.
  • Monitor outgoing POs and incoming invoices for discrepancies and then work to resolve them.
  • Be familiar with MRO materials required to support PM and maintenance functions for all areas.
  • Assist with the creation and ordering of all Picklist materials as necessary.
  • Assist with spare parts set up and acquisition for projects related to new equipment coming into a facility.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all venders and suppliers. Assisting with all orders, price changes, PO issues, and part questions that may arise. Also serve as the point of contact for all VMI representatives to provide support as needed.
  • Monitor and communicate performance and delivery in relation to the expectations of external suppliers to internal customers.
  • Manage the PPE vending machines and work with the supplier to ensure they remain stocked and to adjust inventory as needed.  As well as serve as System Administrator for the vending portal, adding new employees, adjusting rationing, etc.
  • Assist with the set-up of meetings in relation to inventory audits, supplier part discontinuations, or any other related issue that may require a change of part or inventory.
  • Develop plans and lead small projects related to crib inventory and organization.
  • Provide administrative assistance for the maintenance supervisors, maintenance planners, and facility managers.
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties and special projects as required.

POSITION MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • HS Degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in similar MRO roles and exposure to accounting type work
  • Strong Microsoft Office Computer Skills
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to work well with all departments

POSITION PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY: 

Must be able to stand for 8 hours

Must be able to lift 50 lbs


COMPENSATION: 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. 

Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn between $22.00 and $31.90.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
