LOCATION: 4395 S Cotton Ln, Goodyear, AZ 85338
JOB DUTIES: The purpose of this role is to lead Lean Six Sigma projects, primarily within the Renewal by Andersen division. Projects may include suppliers or other partners. Projects assigned will typically have moderate technical complexity and low/moderate cultural complexity. Two or three projects will typically be active at any one time. Projects will typically be focused on process improvement but may include smaller scope process design or product/service design. The role will also involve project coaching of 1 or 2 Green Belts. The role includes participating in the training of Green Belts and White Belts.
Responsibilities include:
- Project Execution. Execute Lean Six Sigma projects, including the facilitation of project teams, using Lean-Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and tools to achieve significant, sustained improvements to manufacturing and transactional business processes.
- Two or three projects will typically be active at any one time, which will typically be of moderate technical complexity and low/moderate cultural complexity.
- Project Coaching & Informal Training. Provide leadership, technical and cultural guidance, consulting, and coaching on Lean-Six Sigma principles and tools to project team members and associates.
- Coach 1 or 2 Green Belts.
- Formal Training. Participate in training Green Belts, White Belts, and other employees in the Enterprise on Lean-Six Sigma tools and methods.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree, engineering field (industrial, manufacturing, management)
- 24 months' work experience as Engineer or related professional experience
SALARY: $122,400
