About the Role 
Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for graphic design and a flair for visual storytelling? Do you enjoy collaborating with a team to bring ideas to life and create impactful designs? Join us as a Graphic Design Intern and gain hands-on experience in producing high-quality visuals that support marketing strategies, enhance the customer journey, and strengthen our brand presence. 

As a Graphic Design Intern, you’ll work closely with our talented creative team, social media specialists, and content creators to develop and execute creative solutions across a variety of platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to refine your design skills, explore content creation, and contribute to meaningful projects that make a real impact.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with the Sr. Graphic Designer, Senior Social Media Specialist, and other internal partners to conceptualize and execute graphic design projects that align with marketing strategies. 
  • Design and produce a variety of digital and print assets, including social media graphics, email templates, website visuals, presentations, and promotional materials. 
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a digital asset library of templates, graphics, and other design resources. 
  • Support content creation efforts by conceptualizing and designing visuals for video, photography, and social media campaigns. 
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends, competitor activity, and platform best practices to ensure fresh and relevant creative output. 
  • Partner with analytics teams to evaluate the performance of design assets and adapt creative strategies to optimize engagement and effectiveness. 
  • Push creative boundaries while maintaining brand consistency and standards. 

 Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools. Familiarity with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a bonus.  
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. 
  • Familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing strategies is a plus. 
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal communication skills. 
  • A curious and proactive approach to learning and staying ahead of design and digital trends. 
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects under guidance. 
  • Receptive to feedback and able to adjust work accordingly. 
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your work and its impact on company success.

COMPENSATION: 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $22-$24.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
