You can be part of a growing area at Andersen Corporation at our North Branch, MN Fibrex Extrusion plant. We are hiring Extrusion Associates to manufacture window and door lineals out of Andersen's innovative Fibrex material. Get paid to learn a new skill and start your career at Andersen!
  
Growth Opportunities: You will begin your Andersen career as an Extrusion Associate, learning the basics of Fibrex Extrusion. As an associate, you'll assist the Operator with daily tasks while continuing your learning and training to become an Operator yourself.

Hourly Range: $19.75-$22.88

Primary Responsibilities:
·       Adhere to all safety rules and policies.
·       Visually inspect lineals for conformity to specifications.
·       Interpret smart scope, Promex, and bow machine results for dimensional conformity. 
·       Use all Quality appearance station forms and gauges to adhere to Quality Standards.
·       Follow daily standard work.
·       Stack profiles according to standard work.
·       Properly wrap loads.
·       Order raw materials.
·       Adhere to line schedule.
·       Complete production paperwork.
·       Support respectful workplace.
 
Qualifications:
  •  Desire to learn skills on the job in a fast paced environment.
  •  Dependability and punctuality.
  •  Ability to articulate both written and verbal processes and procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, performing tasks requiring repetitive motion and standing for long periods of time.
  •  Willingness to cross-train on several operations.
  •  Ability to demonstrate competency in safety, quality, initiative, teamwork, attitude and attendance.
  • Shift flexibility.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
