Contributes to, develops and drives key projects within strategic and tactical go-to-market plans to drive channel growth. Includes planning and tactics to support of a large, omni-channel retailer brand, enabling product launches, promotional campaigns, retail activation, and sales support. Owns the customer experience in-store and supports the eCommerce channel, to drive product segment growth.
POSITION PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborating with channel marketing leadership, and the broader team to execute product launches, delivering comprehensive go-to-market plans, including sell-in, launch and sell-through promotions.
- Contributing to and managing marketing plans and tactics to enhance retail and omnichannel programs, concurrently against timelines and budgets.
- Managing retail showrooms, stock displays, and vendors, to improve shopper engagement and customer experience in-aisle.
- Collaborating with channel marketing leadership, develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support key omni-channel initiatives like online expansion, and B2B2C marketing tools.
- Managing product marketing and paid media promotional campaigns, leading content development teams on new campaigns, retail POP and digital marketing creation.
- Managing budgets in partnership with The Home Depot and channel marketing leadership.
- Developing market-back insights with external research partners to inform leadership decisions.
- Develop a deep understanding of channel product and services needs to improve collaboration with internal and external teams.
POSITION MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Four-year degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Minimum range of 5 - 7 years progressive marketing and sales experience
- Demonstrated project management, problem solving and leadership skills
- Adept technical marketing skills
POSITION NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Effective communication and presentation skills (to executives, peers, and to external audiences)
- Able to execute on time and on budget
COMPENSATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $88,235 - $136,765/year
