Summary
The Sr. Supply Chain Data Product Owner will lead an Agile Product Development team(s) to drive Data Product delivery, IT operations/infrastructure, and Supply Chain Strategy initiatives that tie into new revenue-generation, efficiency, or cost-saving efforts and accomplish the goals of the Enterprise. This role will balance risk-taking and innovation when challenging product teams to find new and better solutions, including those that leverage supply chain data for operational excellence. They will work to understand operational impacts, consumer/user preferences, and supply chain dynamics to drive better understanding of customer and business needs, to design and deliver data products that accomplish organizational goals in lockstep with company go-to-market and supply chain strategies. This role will engage with the highest levels of leadership, including external partners, vendors, and cross functional stakeholders. Lastly, this role will balance future data products with tactical operational reporting needs on an ad-hoc basis and may grow into formal people leadership in the future. 

Primary Responsibilities
Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for supply chain data products: Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, and Business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to optimize supply chain operations, improve forecasting, and drive business value. 
Define and prioritize supply chain data product backlogs: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain data initiatives are aligned with enterprise objectives and deliver measurable outcomes. 
Champion data governance and quality: Ensure supply chain data products adhere to data governance standards, support data integrity, and enable actionable insights for decision-makers. 
Drive adoption of supply chain analytics: Partner with business users to promote the use of data-driven insights, dashboards, and predictive analytics within supply chain functions. 
Monitor and communicate supply chain data product performance: Establish KPIs and regularly report on the impact of supply chain data products, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business needs.
Delivery Operational Reporting: Build Ad-hoc reports to meet the urgent needs of the business and provide a secondary pipeline to solutions for future data products  
Utilization of Enterprise tooling to drive the team forward and work collaboratively across multiple data product delivery teams:
Jira/Rally/Azure DevOps 
Confluence/SharePoint 
Lucid Charts/Miro/MS Visio 
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain Mgmt., Management Information Systems, Business Administration preferred).
Scrum Certification Preferred: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
Experience in supply chain management, supply chain analytics, or data product ownership within a supply chain context. 
Demonstrated ability to translate supply chain business needs into data product requirements and actionable user stories. 
Familiarity with supply chain data sources, analytics platforms, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP, etc.). 
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data privacy as they relate to supply chain operations.

Compensation:
Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $108,000 per year to $168,000 per year.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
