POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in developing and executing pricing strategies that drive profitability and competitiveness. This position leverages data analysis, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize pricing models and support strategic decision-making. The analyst will also lead initiatives to improve pricing processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.

POSITION PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and conduct pricing reporting, research, analysis, and system/tool development.
Develop strategic insights from analysis and research and present findings to business partners and management on the use of analysis and research to aid pricing decision making.
Provide training to business and corporate partners on pricing systems/tools.
Support the business in requirements gathering; develop pricing systems/tool and provide training to business management and corporate partners on pricing systems/tools.

Relies on solid experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May provide work direction, coaching and mentoring to analyst and associate analyst positions.

POSITION MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree: MBA or Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 6 years of experience in analyst related field (marketing, sales, finance or business)
Excellent computer skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in using and performing complex mathematical formulas.
Small to medium-sized project management experience.

POSITION NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of Power BI.
Experience in checking and validating the work of others

COMPENSATION:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.

Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $88,235 - $136,765/year.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
