We are building the foundation for delivering excellence at scale in Digital Technology, and we are seeking a Manager, Digital Technology Operations to lead core functions that enable our Product and Technology teams.
This leader will be responsible for managing and growing our business analysis and scrum master practices, which include strategy, staffing, team development, and consulting partnerships to ensure we have skills for the current projects and the talent pipeline for future needs. You will also work closely with our Product and Engineering leaders to ensure our teams are delivering on priorities with agility, quality, and a strong sense of ownership. The leader will collaborate with the Technology & Data PMO to align practices and promote consistency across the technology community.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & People Management
- Lead, coach, and develop Business Analysts and Scrum Masters
- Foster an inclusive, growth-oriented culture grounded in collaboration and accountability
- Champion our HOME values in all aspects of leadership and team development
Practice Development & Operational Excellence
- Evolve and steward of our Agile Center of Excellence to ensure consistent, effective practices across teams
- Lead the Scrum Master Practice — defining standards, facilitating community of practice, and promoting high-quality Agile delivery
- Lead the Business Analyst Practice — defining standards, driving quality in requirements, and coaching BAs on effective collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering
- Partner with Product Managers and Technology & Data PMO to continuously refine and operate our Product Operating Model — including Initiative governance, quarterly planning, and team capacity models
Operational & Financial Management
- Oversee expense & capital budgets
- Align staffing levels and skillsets with product team needs through demand and capacity management
- Build strategic relationships with key contract partners to flex capacity as needed
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive operational improvements that enable our product teams to focus on delivering business outcomes
- Benchmark practices externally to inspire innovation and continuous improvement
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years in operational leadership experience in Agile product environments
- Proven strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated success in building high-performance team
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Customer-first mindset
COMPENSATION
Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $121,804 per year to $188,796 per year.
