This role is an intermediate accounting transactional position responsible for daily processing of transactions, including analyzing and problem-solving to resolve accounts payable or accounts receivable discrepancies, including but not limited to: supplier & customer invoicing and customer cash and credits.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process enterprise transactions with an intermediate level of complexity, in a timely and quality manner, consistent with company policies, practices and processes.
- Performs intermediate problem-solving and executes resolution for any discrepancies, missing information, missing policy approvals, etc.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with members of management and analysts to resolve any unprocessed, unique transactions or to resolve discrepancies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Associate degree (A.A.S / A.A.) or a minimum of five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of combined 5 years’ experience in Accounting, Customer Service, and Invoicing, with experience in best practices for an organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must drive to the highest level of ethics in accounting and business management
COMPENSATION
Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $24.45/hr to $34.45/hr.
