POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for leading the development, standardization, and implementation of business processes, best practices, and system enhancements that support both Company-Owned Retail Operations (CORO) and Authorized Retail Operations (ARO). The primary objective is to enable sustainable installed sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.

Location:
This position is remote, open to candidates anywhere in the US. 40% travel is required for the role, no exceptions. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Facilitate and guide cross-functional and cross-market teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop innovative solutions, and implement process enhancements across the network. These initiatives are designed to drive productivity, streamline workflows, and ensure a consistently high level of homeowner satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for retail locations, using data-driven insights to develop targeted strategies that improve operational, installation, and service outcomes. This includes creating and executing action plans tailored to specific operational challenges.
  • To support the adoption of standardized work processes, the role is also responsible for implementing comprehensive training programs, working closely with our Field Ops and Training Teammates. These programs aim to build operational consistency, enhance employee capabilities, and support continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and influential leadership to General Managers, Operations Leaders, Installation Leaders, and Service Leaders at branch locations. This leadership fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence in execution across the retail network.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 10 years of business operations experience, 5+ years of experience working in the building materials space supporting retail operations and network locations.
  • Continuous improvement process management skills
  • Problem solving ability to find solutions and execute resolution with minimal guidance
  • Audit experience and/or project management experience
  • Strong procedural writing and process mapping skills
  • 5+ years with a proven track record of effectively influencing leaders directly and indirectly. Strong team skills with the ability to act as key facilitator to drive for results and affect change
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office
  • Willing to travel up to 40% of the time based on business needs.

SALARY INFORMATION: Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $108,941-168,859 plus incentive.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
