POSITION SUMMARY
Andersen Aluminum is seeking a Process Analyst to support Ongoing Product Development (OPD) for our Goodyear, AZ location. This is a dynamic role within our OPD group focused on Engineered to Order (ETO) and Special Order (SPR) unit creation and process documentation. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner representing OPD and the main point of contact for ETO and SPR approval and creation. This role will also understand and recommend process improvements to simplify workflows, reduce decision points or automate tasks to facilitate efficient and logical order adjustments within CPQ/LN.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Seeks to understand customers’ needs in detail and how to satisfy them using a strong aptitude in process improvement and problem solving.
· OPD point of contact for ETO’s and SPR’s.
· Work with Customer Experience Representatives (CERT) and OPD to define and configure units as requested by customers.
· Create, modify, and troubleshoot existing processes for ETO’s and SPR’s.
· Collaborate with both external stakeholders and internal enterprise teams to resolve and troubleshoot specific unit warranty and initial quality claims.
· Respond to CERT requests for information and unit requirements.
· Support Andersen Aluminum order batching requests.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Communication: Ability to organize and convey information orally and in documents and textual communication methods. Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management.
- Technical: Ability to navigate multiple systems and software (CPQ/LN/IQ+) and effectively process necessary transactions across systems. Knowledge and skill in Andersen Aluminum window and door configurability.
- Work and Organization: Ability to follow through on projects, establish priorities, and adjust priority schedules as needed.
- Technical Research and Evaluation: Knowledge of procedures to locate and obtain information to trace sources of errors. Skill in analytical problem solving.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Quick learner, self-sufficient and motivated to take action and grow and develop.
- Effective communication skills through written, verbal, and listening techniques
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 – 4 years of experience working directly or in-directly with engineering and/or customer service.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced computer skills with and experience with MS Office, Excel, ERP systems (CPQ, LN, IQ+), reporting systems (Microsoft Power BI) and CAD applications (AutoCAD/Inventor/SolidWorks)
COMPENSATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $77,255 - $119,745.
