We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Solutions Architect with expertise in a wide array of Microsoft technologies, including Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Dynamics 365, and Agents. This role is responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering solutions utilizing these platforms. The Architect serves as a strategic technical leader, effectively translating business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, while ensuring technology alignment with business objectives and creating and implementing standards for security, scalability, and performance.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solution Design & Implementation: Architect, design, and implement solutions across the Microsoft technology stack, including Intune, MECM, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot and Power Automate for desktop), Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, etc.), Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Finance and Operations, Core Platform), and Copilot Agents.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, align technology strategies with business objectives, and provide strategic guidance on the optimal use of Microsoft technologies.
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions, guide development teams, and oversee the successful deployment and adoption of solutions.
- Integration & Optimization: Ensure seamless integration between different Microsoft platforms and existing IT infrastructure, optimizing performance, scalability, and security.
- Architecture & Governance: Develop and maintain architecture documentation, enforce best practices, security frameworks (e.g., NIST, MCRA, SAF, Zero Trust), and compliance standards within the Microsoft environment.
- Operations & Escalation: Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with internal and external support teams as needed to resolve problems and optimize system performance.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Microsoft technologies, incorporating new features and functionalities into solution designs and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master Degree preferred.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in IT, with substantial experience (5+ years) in a senior-level architecture role focused on Microsoft technologies.
- Broad & in-depth knowledge across the specific Microsoft technologies mentioned: Intune, MECM, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Copilot, and Agents.
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture, security services, data governance, and tenant management.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions and integrations.
- Strong understanding of end point compute management and solutioning
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (e.g., SAFe Agile).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
COMPENSATION
Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $108,941 per year to $168,859 per year.
