This applies to our team, too.The Finance Rotational Program is a 2 year program broken down by four, 6 month rotations in different areas within the Finance and Accounting functions.
Opportunities may include:
Business Case Support: ROIs, Lease vs. Buy, Make vs. Buy
Revenue / Margin analysis: Channel, customer, product profitability
New Business Opportunities
Risk Mitigation strategies
Alternatives to existing processes to reduce cost and/or complexity
Internal reporting standardizations
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Data Analysis
Self-starter, Flexible, and Agile
Detail orientated and organized
MS Excel skills or other ERP systems
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above
Compensation: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $65,000.
