SUMMARY 

The Enterprise Core Modernization (ECM) program will develop our target state business processes and technology requirements for our order-through-invoice digital core and deploy the solutions across multiple facilities in the enterprise.  We are seeking the Business Program Leader of this multi-year effort.

On this team, you will be leading the design of our future business processes and technology requirements for the enterprise.

The Enterprise Core Modernization Business Program Lead is accountable for delivering program outcomes, ensuring business requirements are identified in project scope, managing change, ensuring system adoption and the realizing business value of the program.  This leader will ensure the quality and outcomes of the program’s work is aligned with the program goals and enterprise growth strategy. The Program Lead will lead 2 to 4 teams each with of 4 to 6 business process analysts/process designers.  This includes hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, and performance management of the team.  This is not a project leader in terms of managing detailed timeline, workplan, status reports, etc. 

This role leads at an enterprise-level across organizational boundaries by enabling business solutions to satisfy business strategies.  Recognized as an expert across supply chain or a mastery of technical skill.  Responsible for aligning the organization and enabling the business capabilities directed to achieve "true north".  Works with senior level executives to strategically determine initiative priority, scope and sequencing.  Act as subject matter expert to train/coach others within the business.  

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 


Participate in the determination of project scope

Ensure identification of business requirements during project blueprint

Lead the identification of business opportunities and champion business simplification

Provide and manage business resources required for the project

Provide the project leaders with feedback on project progress

Manage testing by the business teams and ensure test script completion tracking to meet audit requirements

Partners with IT Lead, PMO, Enterprise Core Steering Committee, and/or process owners to resolve any cross-functional related or solution issues

Function as the face of the program, reporting up, across and down in the org

Responsible for communication on status, risks and issues to the PMO and Enterprise Core Steering Committee

Contribute to improvement of the test scripts to ensure that all process variants are covered

Coordinate the execution business and master data cutover
 
Identify training needs and approve the training

Execute change management initiatives in accordance with the agreed approach

Advocate use of common tools and processes across business units consistent with future needs

Manage cleansing and updating of master data. 
Ensure master data standards and processes are established, implemented and sustainable

Unify the multiple workstreams to ensure alignment, consistency and flow
 
Partner with system integrator, software providers, and change management firm to deliver business outcomes.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS 

·   4-year degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related degree and 10+ years' experience preferred.

      Demonstrates mastery level of knowledge and expertise within discipline, including relevant methodologies (ERP, Lean, architecture, supplier development)    

      Proficient in information systems that support our order, plan, source, make, deliver and financial business processes

      Practices and drives innovation in systems thinking; Capable of setting vision and strategy to support enterprise       

      Experience in using lean tools

      Strong experience in building and maintaining relationships

      Focuses on the customer and the total cost

      Experience with change management strategies and process required to support an organization

      Applies a variety of coaching techniques to develop an individual knowledge and skills

      Applies and coaches' others on negotiation and conflict management techniques between two or more parties in a manner that provides a win-win solution for all

      Results orientation – ensuring work is completed on time, on budget and within quality parameters.


NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

MBA with Supply Chain emphasis or Master's in related field of study

      Seven to ten years’ experience managing a dynamic supply chain team in a high-volume, made-to-order, and lean manufacturing environment.

     Previous experience successfully implementing ERP planning and purchasing systems.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
