SUMMARY
Renewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity for an A/R Specialist in our Roseville, MN office! This is a customer-facing role focused on collecting and processing payments and making payment arrangements with homeowners. We are looking for candidates with attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, highly organized, and good at communicating with customers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Accountable for managing accounts receivable with a focus on minimizing bad debt expense while ensuring high levels of homeowner satisfaction and maintaining lowest level of A/R possible.
· Enters payments from homeowners.
· Makes decisions on collections and works with managers on escalated cases involving final demand letters, property liens, etc.
· Responsible for managing and auditing accounts and access to 3rd party finance lender portals and payment portal.
· Maintains and reviews key performance indicators. Audit and investigate as appropriate. Support and document implementation of process changes.
· Investigates and resolves discrepancies involved with payments, refunds, financing, and business adjustments.
· May train other team members how to process payments in portals and Salesforce. Maintains training documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of one year of finance or accounting experience.

SALARY INFORMATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401 contribution, paid time off, paid standard and floating holidays, a robust employee wellbeing program, as well as profit-sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. The pay range for this position is $24.10-$29.50 per hour.
In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
