Provides Supply Chain leadership support in planning, organizing and coordinating the activities of the team. This includes hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, discipline and performance evaluation. Develops plans to meet department annual goals. May or may not have directly managed small teams.
*This role is on-site in our Goodyear plant and will require some travel to Oceanside, CA.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sets clear expectations, direction, and priorities for the department. Prepare and manage department budgets.
Communicate and collaborate across functions such as Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, IT, Logistics
Support and involve employees in identifying and permanently removing obstacles to performance excellence
Hire and develop team. Responsible for holding team accountable through coaching and the performance management process. Provide appropriate training, tools, guidance, coaching and feedback to team.
Understand supply chain capacity constraints across the supply chain.
Empower and lead the team to drive continuous improvement activities within supply chain processes through AMS tools and system

b MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related degree and 5 years' experience in either supervisor or supply chain.
Solid understanding of systems and processes that support supply chain and manufacturing operations such as ERP, WMS
Must have demonstrated skills in written and verbal communication, facilitation and giving presentations
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, analytical and conceptual skills.
Knowledge in supply chain and lean methodologies, including in problem solving, analysis, communication, and opportunity identification.
Demonstrated ability in coaching, training, and developing others.
Strong ability to inspire others to create energy
Experience with performance management systems and employee performance management
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $99,216-$153,784.
