ANDERSEN CORPORATION SUMMARY:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate cross-functional teams having explicit objectives and scope
- Propose, implement, and support business tool and process enhancements
- Perform data analyses to support recommendations
- Ensure new processes integrate with existing processes.
- Train customers on new and modified processes.
Opportunities may Include:
- Utilize lean tools to lead and direct continuous improvement activities
- Define problems, collect and analyze data
- Recommend and implement effective solutions
- Improve material or information flow within a plant or distribution center
- Lead Time Improvements
- Raw or finished goods inventory Management
- Transportation process improvements
- Metrics programs for internal or external suppliers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Obtaining bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing technology, Industrial Engineering, Management Informational Systems (MIS)
COMPENSATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $19.45-$28.25.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
