PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with senior business and technology leaders to understand and interpret strategic needs. Develops cross- business solutions and capabilities which provide customer value.
Drives the creation of cross function strategic capability assessments and roadmaps to achieve long range goals
Develops and advises leadership on recommended supply chain disciplines, best practices and guidelines for the enterprise
Coach and mentor supply chain process designers, engineers, and architects to share and utilize best practices across the enterprise
Develop and drive the use of common tools and processes consistent with future needs
Develop and implement supply chain solutions across suppliers, customers and other partners.
Performs as a subject matter expert for the business process supported.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
4-year degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related degree 8-10 years' experience preferred
Demonstrates mastery level of knowledge and expertise within discipline, including relevant methodologies (ERP, Lean, architecture, supplier development)
Practices and drives innovation in systems thinking; Capable of setting vision and strategy to support the division
Demonstrates knowledge utilizing lean tools used across an organization such as new product development or product flow from order to delivery.
Strong experience in building and maintaining relationships
Focuses on the Customer and the Total Cost
Applies a variety of coaching techniques to develop an individual knowledge and skills
Experience with change management strategies and process to required to support an organization
· Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $99,216-$153,784.
