Looking for a Supply Chain Analyst 2/3 to join an agile, data-centric Supply Chain/ IT team.  This individual will drive the definition, collection, and presentation of performance metrics for a few of the functional areas within Supply Chain.   Must have a working understanding of supply chain technologies such as ERP, Manufacturing Executions Systems, and Warehouse Management systems and their connections to each other. 




-Work with leaders and stakeholders to identify/define key performance metrics in their area

-Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to
Understand the data sources that are used to calculate the metrics and how they are connected

-Create/validate and maintain Supply Chain Performance Power BI reports

-Participate and/pr lead Supply Chain projects which will touch Supply Chain across the enterprise

-Coach others on understanding, analyzing, and interpreting data and information, and the use of Supply Chain tools.

-Facilitates functional teams/meetings and provides work direction to other agile team members assigned to do the work

-Works independently with general supervision



-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.  Degree in Engineering, supply chain management, or Information Systems preferred.

-3 to 5 years of supply chain experience 

-Working understanding of supply chain technologies such as ERP, Manufacturing Executions Systems, and Warehouse Management systems and their connections to each other. 

-Proficiency in utilizing lean tools and methodology for problem solving and continuous improvement, including Pull, 5Y, PDCA, A3 thinking and waste elimination.

-Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau/Qlik).

-Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

-Building strong working relationships with internal and external customers

-Identified unexpressed customer needs and potential products/services to meet those needs.

-Self-sufficient and motivated to develop and grow.



-SQL Knowledge: Understanding SQL for querying databases and extracting relevant information

-Have worked on an Agile team and are familiar with a 2–3-week delivery cycle.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
