POSITION PURPOSE
As a key player in the Talent and Culture Enablement COE (Community of Expertise), the Sr. Leadership Development Consultant will implement the enterprise leadership development strategy within the End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain area of the business. Leveraging your expertise in growing leaders, you’ll design, develop, implement, facilitate and evaluate programs as part of a holistic enterprise leadership development portfolio. By applying cutting-edge learning science, you will accelerate the growth of operations leaders, empowering them to drive business strategy and foster high-performing teams. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead program management for the design, development, and implementation of leadership development programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Build, manage and execute learning programs for leader audiences within E2E Supply Chain, creating impactful learning experiences. 
  • Partner with and influence key stakeholders, including senior leaders in operations to activate the leadership competencies.
  • Deliver exceptional learning experiences using the latest learning science and modalities, including in-person, virtual, microlearning, and peer-to-peer learning, among others.
  • Collaborate with internal partners (T&CE peers, other COEs, HRBPs, leaders, etc.) to understand learning needs, audiences, and best-fit solutions.
  • Measure programs and leader effectiveness with clear line of sight to engagement and business outcomes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in organization development, organizational behavior, human resources development, learning and development or related field, and/or equivalent years of experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience developing and managing leadership development programs.
  • Understanding of contemporary leadership models, philosophies and approaches (e.g., human-centered leadership).
  • Knowledge of the latest learning science and adult learning principles (e.g., brain-based learning, microlearning, learning in the flow of work).
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and practices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and manage project plans through execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to establish and maintain relationships and influence key business stakeholders with an enterprise mindset.
  • Demonstrates initiative and is proactive in completing deliverables.
  • Proficiency is Office 365 suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in organization development, organizational behavior, human resources development, learning and development or related field, and/or equivalent years of experience.
  • Experience designing and managing leadership development programs in a manufacturing environment.
COMPENSATION
Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $88,235-$136,765.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
