SUMMARY Develop and lead analysis, interpretations, and implementing complex financial and accounting concepts, or techniques for financial planning and control, by performing the following duties:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Interprets and applies corporate financial policies, government legislation, and accounting theory.
· Responsible for moderately complex financial analyses and reports for department management.
· Financial planning responsibility in process management, facilitating target setting, target setting compilation of inputs and evaluation of results.
· Prepares analyses in support of organization’s annual budget process, expense, staffing forecasts, or statistical reporting.
· Responsible for compiling analyses and reports for department management.
· Assists in other financial research projects and analyses of operational results.
· Involved in business case standardization and interpretation of reporting results.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field preferred, three to seven years related experience.
· Excellent Microsoft excel skills required.
· Moderate understanding of finance & business concepts, and ability to clearly communicate those concepts to business partners and management.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Perform financial modeling with logical and technically sound problem-solving skills
SALARY INFORMATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays, a robust employee Wellbeing program, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
