The Sr. Director of Total Rewards will lead the development and execution of comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with and enable the company's business objectives and market competitiveness. This role will oversee executive compensation, prepare for compensation committee meetings, and collaborate with others to design total rewards programs that drive strategic business outcomes. The Director of Total Rewards will also define and measure success metrics in partnership with business leaders, ensure pay equity, and inspire a high-performing team.
POSITION PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Develop and implement a holistic compensation and benefits strategy that enables the company's goals and attracts, retains, and motivates top talent. Ensures the strategy is competitive within the market and aligned with industry best practices.
- Executive Compensation: Oversee the design and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, incentives, and equity plans. Prepare materials and recommendations for the Compensation Committee, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with shareholder interests in partnership with key senior leaders and partners.
- Total Rewards Design: Proactively lead the design and implementation of total rewards programs that drive strategic business outcomes and enhance employee engagement in partnership with key leaders across the business. Lead, coordinate and play fiduciary role in Benefits and Compensation Committee Meeting.
- Metrics and Measurement: Define, track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for total rewards programs in collaboration with business leaders. Proactively and continuously assess and refine programs to ensure they remain competitive and effective.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing total rewards community of expertise and collaborate across the other communities of expertise to collectively solve business problems and create efficient and effective experiences. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, inclusion and excellence within the team.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, human resources, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Extensive experience in compensation and benefits strategy, including executive compensation.
- Strong understanding of compensation design, fiduciary responsibilities and best practices in total rewards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent analytical, collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $144,080 - $259,570.
