SUMMARY

The Sr. Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing digital marketing strategies, leading a team of digital marketers, and implementing and executing key initiatives that drive digital demand and customer engagement on the Andersen website.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven, collaborative and creative digital marketer, preferably with experience with Sitecore CMS and Personalization. 

As a senior member of the Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for setting strategic direction, guiding execution and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. You will work cross-functionally with brand, creative, technology, product and customer marketing teams to deliver impactful and measurable results.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • Drive web traffic growth, lead conversion rates, web engagement and customer effort score optimizations.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for the team; monitor performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Quantum Metrics; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships to support campaign execution and innovation.
  • Champion digital best practices, emerging trends, and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Support A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and personalization initiatives.
  • Collaborate on SEO/SEM strategy.
  • Partner with IT/web development to ensure optimal site operation, security, and feature deployment.
  • Oversee website strategy, including UX enhancements, content updates, and performance optimization.
  • Oversee the CMS ensuring timely publishing, SEO best practices, and brand consistency.
  • Partner with IT and web development teams to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and improve site functionality.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Four-year degree in marketing, communications or related field with a minimum of five years of marketing experience.
  • Minimum of 5-7years of experience in digital marketing
  • Develops strategies, plans, and execution. Proven track record driving website personalization, conversion optimization, and customer engagement.
  • Builds relationships, collaborative, and a team player. Strong presentation skills.
  • Proactive in organizing work and anticipating the needs of team members, business partners and leaders. Ability to quickly adapt and be nimble in various situations and with different audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data and proactively develop recommendations, insights, and/or solutions based on findings.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into digital strategies and measurable KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with digital tools, including but not limited to CMS systems (Sitecore preferred), AB testing tools, website analytics tools, and site performance tools

COMPENSATION 

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $88,235 to $136,765.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
