Description & Requirements
SUMMARY:
Provide superior field support on RbA products by performing post install services across the Detroit Territory.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Service and repair previously installed RbA products
- Analyze customers situations, determines corrective action to be taken and verify if the action has fixed the situation in a cost-efficient manner
- Keep team members informed as needed of customer interactions and actions taken to resolve service issues
- Maintain vehicle maintenance and inventory
- Provide signature service to homeowners and peers
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Window and Door installation experience
- Ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, window coverings, and hardware
- General understanding and knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices in construction environments
- Ability to perform basic aluminum bending (L flange, drop caps, flat rectangles/coil wrap)
- Ability to confidently handle confrontation/conflicts using a tactful and diplomatic approach
- Ability to demonstrate interpersonal communication skills; strong listening and empathy skills, organization skills for managing work schedules, job priorities, and stock levels
- Diagnostic skills: assessment, problem solving, and decision making
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- high school degree or equivalent
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- minimum 3-5 years of window installation experience
Salary Information:
Compensation is a range $50,856-73,736 annually.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays to use at your discretion, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
