SUMMARY 

The Senior Treasury Analyst position is a member of the Treasury Operations team reporting to the Treasury Operations Manager.  They will be responsible for cash forecasting and variance analysis.  They will be responsible for enterprise liquidity, debt, and investment management.  This role will support all stock recordkeeping and daily cash operations activities.  They will be our internal resource for our Treasury management system (GTreasury).  They will support departmental initiatives and represent Treasury Operations in all cross-functional projects.    

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

·       Daily cash management and other daily cash support.

·       Execute daily revolver or investment activity, including payments, accruals, and budgeting.

·       Responsible for all transmissions in and out of GTreasury along with maintaining worksheets and information generated from GTreasury.

·       Update and distribute a weekly summary of cash, debt & investments.

·       Manage merchant account and provider relationships.

·       Assist with PCI compliance.

·       Provide support for all stock-related processes or inquiries.

·       Resolve escalated issues brought to the Treasury Operations team.

·       Lead implementation of new bank services, complete bank documentation, and update bank signors, and administration of systems. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS 

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or another related area.  CTP preferred.

·       7+ years of Treasury operations or banking experience required. 

·       Treasury workstation experience (GTreasury preferred).

·       Demonstrated capacity to influence and communicate with business partners and with all levels of the organization. 

·       Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
