Your leadership will guide the development and execution of a dynamic Salesforce roadmap that aligns with both immediate business needs and long-term strategic goals.

Ensure the team has clear, well-articulated User Stories that align with best practice conventions (e.g., Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Done). • Enterprise Collaboration: Collaborate extensively with other internal business and IT teams while ensuring that the product development efforts are well-integrated and aligned with broader organizational goals.
  • Quality Ownership & User Acceptance: Own the quality of released features, holding ultimate accountability. Collaborate with the development team to ensure features are developed and delivered as defined. Coordinate user acceptance testing and change management efforts and establish feedback loops with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business partners.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Take an active role in mentoring and coaching team members who are newer to their role.  Foster a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone feels empowered to learn and develop their skills.  With your guidance, constructive feedback, and leadership, you will contribute to the professional development of a high-performing, cohesive team that excels in delivering value to the organization.
  • Scaled Agile Collaboration: Engage in Product Owner-to-Product Owner collaboration within a scaled Agile setting (e.g., Scrum of Scrums). Coordinate team roadmap commitments, address dependencies, and consider system architecture in Quarterly Product Roadmap/Release Planning processes.
