SUMMARY:

Lead and conduct customer experience and business intelligence data reporting, research, analysis, text analytics and voice of homeowner system/tool development (Medallia). Develop strategic insights through analysis and research to aid decision making. Present findings to retail businesses, corporate partners, and management. Support voice of homeowner systems/tools and develop/provide training to retail businesses and corporate partners on voice of homeowner insights, systems, and tools.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively recommend approach, lead and conduct customer experience and business intelligence data analysis, reporting and insights that drive better business decisions and opportunity identification.
• Develop strategic insights from analysis and research. Present findings to retail businesses, corporate partners and management to aid decision making and opportunity identification
• Support the development and maintenance of voice of homeowner systems/tools that provide value to business partners.
• Support overall “Know Your Customer” efforts for the organization by connecting data sources, analysis and insights across multiple data sources.
• Relies on solid experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. May provide work direction, coaching, and mentoring to analyst and associate analyst positions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an analyst related field (customer experience, marketing, sales, finance, or business intelligence).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in analyzing survey data (SPSS, Prism, Q, R, SAS, etc.), some experience with Medallia or Qualtrics preferred.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in sourcing or developing customer relationship management, sales management, and customer feedback tools.
• Project management experience required.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
