POSITION PURPOSE:
Aid the revenue team reps and managers to become more data literate by translating complex analysis into easy to understand and actionable insights. Provide and maintain the key metrics the sales team uses to define success.
This role is a hybrid of traditional jobs in data analysis, performance evaluation, revenue strategy and planning.
POSITION PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build repeatable processes and tools/dashboards to empower both revenue leaders and reps with critical operational data related to revenue strategy and execution. Examples include: weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports, pipeline reviews, sales and/or marketing programs. Be able to articulate to our revenue reps how the process/data relates to overall revenue strategy.
- Analyze complex business problems through independent in-depth investigation and data forensics. Identify operational inefficiencies, data quality issues and behavioral trends.
- Collaborate within revenue operations team to improve or define processes that promote data integrity and reporting to support sales strategy.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree – business analytics, mathematics, statistics, economics.
- 1-3 years’ experience. Individual must demonstrate analytical aptitude.
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple projects with different deadlines.
- Works effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches.
COMPENSATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $68,480 - $102,720/year.
