SUMMARY
Renewal by Andersen has an opportunity for an Order Entry Retail Service Representative (RSR) with our team in Our CAP region. This position is a hybrid role and the RSR will work out of our Jessup, MD office. The RSR will focus on customer order entry. This is not a customer-facing role and is more closely aligned to data entry and administrative duties. The training period will 100% onsite in our Jessup, MD office, and the work schedule will be 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processes complex orders/requests, with 100% accuracy from intake to filing.
- Ensures customer management system is updated appropriately.
- Clarifies, diagnoses, and resolves customer order issues.
- Creates packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment process.
- Prepares customer correspondence.
- Identifies and implements ways to improve overall level of service.
- Communicates order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and provides customer/delivery partner feedback.
- Administers programs, e.g. customer referral program.
- May train others in office and customer service processes.
- May create purchase orders, process payments or process receipts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-3 years' work experience to include order processing work.
- Demonstrated word processing, spreadsheet and general computer skills.
- Strong phone etiquette & verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution.
- Intermediate writing skills.
- Able to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues for assigned area.
- Persuasiveness, time management skills, and results orientation.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
